Till we have faces assignment
"Orual, you seek justice do you not? It is why you are here before the gods."
"We have heard your pleas Orual, your pleas to see the palace, to covet your sister. You crave her love and care only to have it for yourself despite her own wishes."
"Yet you had already seen the palace, you had already held Psyche's love for far longer than she had loved her husband. Still you twisted the knife and chose yourself over your sister."
"You call our judgement cruel and wicked Orual, you think us not fair in the weight of our law. Yet when you pushed your sister away and saw her be punished instead of you, you thought us wrong."
"You are here now to lodge your allegations against us, only now do you see the err of your ways. The illusions you created for yourself to excuse your actions, to excuse your covetous nature. It is only now that you see that our punishment was fit and our judgement fair."
"Orual you will find justice in this court. However, it is through your own will that justice will be done. You know of your error, your illusions shattered like silvered glass. If you truly seek justice then you will take the pain of your sister onto yourself. With this action you will suffer in her stead as she completes her tasks dutifully. This is our judgement, and if you truly love your sister you shall take this burden gladly."
"This is our will, our justice done. Now go Orual and wander, may you find your sister's love once more."
